2. Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, Rekap 2026 receives and stores the basic account information needed to identify your account:

• Google account email address
• Google account name
• Google profile image, if available
• A Google account identifier used to recognize your account

We also process information entered into Rekap 2026, such as accounting, inventory, product, customer, supplier, purchasing, warehouse, and invoice records.

We may collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as session identifiers, browser information, IP address, security logs, and error logs.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate users and maintain application sessions.
• Determine whether a Google account is authorized to use the service.
• Provide accounting and inventory features.
• Display the user’s name and profile image inside the application.

4. Google user data

Rekap 2026 only requests the Google account information necessary for authentication and user identification. Rekap 2026 does not sell Google user data and does not use it for advertising.

Rekap 2026’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Rekap 2026 does not use Google user data to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Information is stored on infrastructure controlled by the operator of Rekap 2026. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, authenticated sessions, and restricted administrative access.

No security measure can guarantee absolute security. If we discover a security incident affecting personal information, we will respond as required by applicable law.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, or operate Rekap 2026, or when required by law.
